Introduces MedImageOSWorld, a benchmark evaluating GUI agents on simulated CT, MR, and ultrasound console interfaces across seven capability levels using mouse-and-keyboard interactions. Testing eleven open-weight and two proprietary agents reveals that open-weight models achieve only 3.0-25.0% procedural success and collapse on fine-grained planning and closed-loop acquisition control.
